We have a streamlined, straight forward process for creating marketing videos. From consultation to conception through production and ad campaign creation, we deliver results.

Consultation

Our process begins with a free consultation based on the information given in the contact form. Our managing director arranges a brief, approximately 15-minute zoom call to discover the client’s needs, goals, and vision for the project, as well as answering any questions and offering valuable insight on the creative approach.

If we seem like an appropriate fit for the project, packages and rates are discussed up-front to select the necessary services and avoid any surprises in the estimate. Once the video ad contract is signed and the 50% deposit is paid, our work begins.

Conception

Available in our Creative, and Full Campaign Packages, as well as a customizable a-la-carte service, our market research begins with honing the scope of the target audience, and a strategic review of competitors’ material. We then refine the possible approaches to select the highest ROI and then develop a written “treatment” for the project.

This document outlines the project, script, and defines any additional assets to gather before pre-production, such as casting, locations, and studio bookings.

Pre-Production & Planning

Via zoom meeting, we bring in all project stakeholders to discuss the specific requirements, including actors, locations, sets, props, and other resources.

The creative director outlines the schedule of production, shot list, and determines the size and roles of the production crew to ensure all day-of needs are met. Deliverables include call sheets, scripts, reservations, and all other particulars as outlined in the project planning document, aligning all stakeholders with production details.

Video Production

Depending on the scope of production, our crew consists of a minimum of a director and a cinematographer. Larger shoots can also include audio technicians, a director of photography, and production assistants, all coordinating with the director, executing the production plan.

We use broadcast quality 35mm Digital Cinema Cameras, and the latest support equipment, such as boom mics, digital image stabilizer devices, fluid head tripods, camera sliders, and advanced LED panel lighting. We invite the client to be present during shooting days to meet the full team, and give feedback on the footage.

Post-Production

Our expert editors use top-of-the-line digital editing bays, offering quick turnaround on rough cuts of edits. Multiple variations of the video ad are available from the same raw footage, differing in length, emphasis, and format.

Included in our editing are the use of titles, integrated graphics, royalty-free music, and any other required digital assets. Expected turn-around time is two weeks from the shoot date, with rush editing available upon request.

Delivery & Refinement

Client success is our top priority, so rough cuts are shared with clients for detailed feedback, with up to 3 rounds of revisions at no additional charge.

When complete, the final video can be output in a variety of formats suitable for social media and the web, including traditional 16:9 and vertical video formats. Fine-tuning the edits generally lasts approximately one week from rough cut to final form.

Social Media / Web Campaigns (Optional)

Available in our Full Campaign Package, as well as a-la-carte, we develop customized web/social media campaigns, including ad spend and paid advertising directed to optimize distribution towards the target market, thus increasing ROI.

Possible distribution channels include: Websites, Social Media Channels, Streaming Services, Affiliate Sites, Cable TV, VR Platforms, Digital Signage, as well as Offline Ad Platforms. The lifecycle of campaigns can extend for several months, depending on project goals.

Analytics & Optimization (Optional)

Included in our Full Campaign Package, as well as a-la-carte, we study the metrics and analytics of the video ad for key performance indicators, such as click-through rates, demographics, view rates, and conversions, to precisely optimize the distribution, and adjust strategy as needed.

Monthly reports are available to demonstrate the efficacy and maximize the campaign lifecycle. We closely monitor diminishing marginal returns, which indicate the end of the current campaign and the beginning of the next.
